Swami Shraddhanand Balidan Diwas

On 22^nd December, 2012, the D.A.V Public School, East of Loni Road, Commemorated Swami Shraddhanand’s Balidan Diwas by conducting several activities for students of Primary classes. In the morning assembly, Vikhyat Jain of III B gave a speech on the inspiring life of the great saint. From 10.00 am to 11.00 am the students of class II & IV participated in ‘Sketching & Colouring in Swami  Sharddhanand’s portrait. This activity was conducted in the school play ground.  The children of Pre - school, Pre-primary and class I and class III took part  in bhajan and speech in the school Library. ‘Shlokas’ were recited by the students of  class V. The students  sang ,spoke  and recited with a deep sense of involvement, which sent across the message & spirit of Swami Shraddhanand’s life.
